We are seeking a Construction Manager/Superintendent for single family and townhome construction. The successful candidate will provide leadership, oversight, and management of the construction process to ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all applicable regulations. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with excellent knowledge of construction, single family, multi-family, townhome, duplex, and quadplex construction.
Position Overview: As a Construction Manager, you will oversee multiple construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards. You will ensure that the safety, quality, and budget goals are met, and that all processes are carried out in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will also serve as a liaison between the construction team, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
