We are a highly innovative flooring technology company that holds a variety of patents that are revolutionizing the flooring industry. Due to growth within our global reach, we are in need of hiring a Commercial Sales Manager to manage an expansive US territory. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth knowledge of the manufacturing and distribution sales and have a track record of success in developing key relationships with the major players in the sector. You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and helping to secure long-term contracts for our organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with flooring manufacturers, distributors, and retailers within the continental US. You will develop and implement strategies to increase commercial sales, and leverage intellectual property and patents to secure licensees.
A Bachelors Degree and at least 3 years of experience with the following:
- Commercial sales and/or demand generation
- Proven track record working autonomously in a wide territory
- Experience with Flooring Sales, Home Improvement, and/or Home Equipment
- Experience with Intellectual Property and Patent sales is a huge plus
- Ability to travel throughout given territory
- Salary range: $80K-120K
