We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Commercial Painting Project Manager to oversee and manage large-scale painting projects in commercial settings
What You Will Be Doing:
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
- Assist in planning and scheduling commercial painting projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management
- Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to define project requirements and expectations
- Develop project plans, detailing the phases of work, materials required, and manpower
- Provide technical input regarding painting materials, equipment, and techniques
What you need for this position:
- 2+ years of experience in project engineering or management, specifically in the commercial painting or construction industry
-Strong understanding of painting systems, coating types, surface preparation, and application techniques
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and standard office applications (e.g., MS Office Suite)
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards for commercial painting
