Salary: $150,000-185,000
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and driven Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join our team. This role will involve handling complex, high-stakes business disputes, working closely with a senior attorney who has a proven track record of success in commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in general commercial litigation, particularly in areas such as contract disputes, real estate, lender liability, partnership breakups, trade secrets, non-competes, and business torts. This position offers an opportunity to work on sophisticated cases and directly contribute to strategic litigation efforts.
