Job Title: CNC Supervisor
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Hourly: $28-$36 an hour
Shift: 1st or 2nd
Requirements: 5+ years experience with CNC machining and programming, 1+ year experience in a supervisory role, 1+ year reading and understanding engineering drawings, high school diploma

What You Will Be Doing
- Supervise and manage a team of CNC operators to ensure that production goals are met
- Monitor and maintain the quality of products produced by the CNC machines
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed by the team
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production schedules are met
- Train new CNC operators on machine operation and safety procedures
- Maintain accurate records of production data and machine maintenance
