Who you are:
Experience as a CNC Programmer or machinist or similar role.
Proficiency in CAD/CAM software preferred but not required
Knowledge of mills, conventional lathes, drills, and all other related machinery
Able to read a rule, square, protractor, micrometer, tape measure, and other measuring devices.
Strong understanding of machining processes and materials.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
What you will be doing:
Input G&M codes and program, set up, and operate Fadal and HAAS CNC Machining Centers
Set up and run conventional lathes, milling centers, and other machine shop equipment.
Program at the machines, load parts, fixtures
Interpret technical drawings and specifications to create accurate and efficient CNC programs.
Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines.
Collaborate with engineers and production staff to optimize machining processes.
Ensure all programs and operations comply with safety and quality standards.
Maintain detailed records of programming activities and machine settings.
