Job Title: CNC Machinist
Location: Little Rock, AR
Hourly: $15-$30
Requirements: 3+ years experience as a CNC Operator, 1+ year reading and understanding engineering drawings, high school diploma OR certification from a technical school in CNC and manual machining

We will assist you in finding economical solutions to your flow problems using our comprehensive line of Industrial Vibrators and Air Cannons. Frequently problems causing major industrial aggravations actually cost very little to fix. Our solutions are not complicated. We are here to save you money in your industrial or other commercial processes.
What You Will Be Doing
- First and foremost, our machinists maintain an attention to detail and ask questions until there is a clear understanding.
- Operate all common machine shop equipment and hand tools required to complete production of assigned part.
- Always strive to maintain an organized and clean work environment.
- Perform any machine maintenance before starting production.
- Review work orders and prepare materials needed for production.
- Set-up machine and load programs.
- Plug values and G-Code into the machine. Edit programs for part modification or tolerance changes.
- Produce parts within specified tolerances making offsets due to tool wear throughout workorder.
- Inspect EVERY machined part visually and with available gauges to ensure that specifications are being met.
- Follow quality control, safety practices, and procedures.
- Complete computer entries to maintain inventory records and to report job progress or completion.
- Maintain cutting tools as required for continued production. Recognize tooling problems and seek correction.
- Maintain an understanding of their CNC machine's health and determine if any repair is required.
- Report chronic production problems and suggest improvements.
- Provide assistance to other departments, building maintenance, and area clean up as tasked.
