Requirements: At Least 3 years Civil Litigation, MUST BE BARRED IN VA, First Chair Trial exp, JD, Tier 1 and 2 schools a plus

The experienced lawyers at our firm thoroughly understand the broad variety of legal issues specific to association management. In addition to association law, the firm also has a civil litigation department that handles a variety of civil cases, including insurance defense and coverage issues. Our civil litigators handle a wide variety of cases, including automobile liability, catastrophic injury, business litigation, premises and products liability and traumatic brain injury. This department also supports the firm's community association practice when the firm's association clients find themselves in litigation.

What you will be doing
