Position Overview:
The Civil Engineer - Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of project management from conception to completion. This includes project design and development, scheduling, budgeting, client relations, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop civil engineering projects and plans, maintain project schedules
Prepare cost estimates and project budgets
Ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations
Oversee contractors and subcontractors to ensure work is being performed according to specifications
Monitor project progress and identify potential issues and risks
Coordinate and meet with clients to review project progress
Prepare reports and presentations to keep stakeholders informed
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
5+ years experience in Civil Project Management
Professional Engineer (PE) license
Extensive knowledge of Civil Engineering principles and practices
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Land Development Design
Strong project management and organizational skills
