We are looking for an experienced Civil Construction Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of civil construction, specifically in bridge building, prior experience working with the Washington State Department of Transportation, and expertise in the management of concrete, girder, or steel construction projects. This position is responsible for directing and supervising the field labor, ensuring safety and quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
The superintendent will oversee budget management, safety compliance, and scheduling for all construction activities. The Civil Construction Superintendent will oversee progress and ensure that all construction work is conducted according to the plans, specifications, codes, and regulations.
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience overseeing civil construction projects, including bridge building. The superintendent must be detail-oriented and able to produce accurate work in a timely manner. Our next Superintendent must be able to manage multiple projects and ensure that all construction activities are conducted within budget and in a safe manner.
