Position Overview
We are a full-service business law firm that represents companies in litigation, corporate, and employment matters.

We are seeking a skilled Business Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be open to handling a variety of business litigation matters. They will have extensive experience in handling complex business disputes and providing strategic legal advice to corporate clients. This role involves representing clients in various business litigation matters and ensuring favorable outcomes through effective advocacy and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in business litigation cases, including breach of contract, partnership disputes, trade secrets, copyright, and trademark disputes.
Advise clients on legal rights and obligations concerning commercial contracts and partnership agreements.
Draft and file legal documents such as complaints, answers, and motions in a timely manner.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support cases and inform clients.
Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolutions on behalf of clients.
Prepare for and conduct depositions, hearings, and trials as necessary.
Collaborate with clients to develop case strategies and provide ongoing legal counsel.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting business litigation.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Barred in CA
4+ years of experience in business litigation, with a focus on trade secrets, copyright, and trademark issues.
Strong understanding of commercial litigation principles and practices.
Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex litigation cases.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and provide strategic legal advice.
