The Audit Senior is responsible for managing public accounting audits, performing financial analysis and reporting, and providing clients with exceptional service. The Audit Senior will work with a team to deliver accurate and timely client services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and review the financial statement audits
- Analyze client operations and make necessary suggestions for improvement
- Review compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Liaise with clients to ensure that audit objectives are met
- Prepare accurate and timely audit reports
- Stay abreast of changes in accounting regulations and industry trends
- Participate in business development activities
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- CPA certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in public accounting and/or commercial audit experience
- Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
