Based in Rockford, IL, we have been providing expert legal counsel in various practice areas for over 85 years. We specialize in civil, business law, estate planning, bankruptcy, family law, and municipal.
Due to growth, we're looking for an Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join our firm! Must be proficient in legal research and document preparation, and have a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

What You Will Be Doing
1.) Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, settlement agreements, judgments, and orders for a high volume of cases.
2.) Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, legal procedures, court rulings, and other legal developments.
What You Need for this Position
Must Have Skills:
1.) 2+ years of experience as an Attorney (Family, Municipal, Business, Litigation, and/or Real Estate preferred)
2.) Proficient in legal research and document preparation
3.) Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
4.) Bar admission in the state of Illinois
