Role Description: We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 5+ years of experience in Civil Litigation, including significant trial experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling civil litigation and/or Mass Tort cases, conducting legal research, providing legal advice, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court.
