A fast-growing litigation firm backed by powerhouse Berman & Berman is seeking a mid-to-senior level Attorney with 3-8+ years of experience in civil and/or commercial litigation.
Offer:
Salary range: $110,000 - $200,000+, contingent on experience

Qualifications:
3-8+ years of civil and/or commercial litigation experience
Juris Doctorate (JD) and active Florida Bar membership in good standing
Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in a fast-paced, high-growth team
Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters
Represent clients through all phases of litigation, including hearings and trial
Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and firm leadership
Deliver results for a rapidly growing client base
Provide timely communication and strategy updates to clients
Help shape the firm's litigation processes in its growth stage
