Founded in 2004, we are a well-established law firm seeking a motivated and dedicated Litigation Associate Attorney to join our team in Northport, NY. We are a litigation firm with concentrations in the area of Injury, Insurance, Business and Estate Litigation.
The ideal candidate will have foundation in litigation, with experience in both state and federal courts. This position offers the opportunity to grow professionally in a collaborative and dynamic environment, working alongside experienced attorneys on a diverse range of legal matters.

Qualifications:
-1+ years of legal experience, litigation a plus
-writing experience preferred
-Experience with legal research, drafting pleadings, and preparing motions
-Strong written and oral communication skills
-Admission to the New York State Bar in good standing
-Juris Doctorate
-must have a vehicle
Responsibilities:
-Managing a diverse caseload of litigation matters from inception through trial
-Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
-Taking and defending depositions
-Representing clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials
-Collaborating with senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation
-Advising clients on legal risks, case strategies, and best practices
