A related bachelor's degree is preferred and at Least 2 Years of experience/knowledge of:
- Construction Management - commercial, retail, multifamily, and/or residential etc. as a general contractor
- Solid understanding of how to manage the dynamic relationships and components required for a construction project
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (i.e. word, excel, etc.) and MS Project software
- Understanding of Procore software desired but not required
- LEED Accreditation is a plus but not required
- Experience working for a general contractor, architectural/engineering firm or construction manager
