What You Will Be Doing
Coordinates plans and supervises field staff, subcontractors, and craft activities for the assigned project
Liaison with other departments, plants, etc. to ensure all required materials, equipment, and inspections support the project schedule
Anticipate personnel/equipment/tools needed to effectively keep a job moving
Quality management
Supervises Foreman
Maintains MOT certifications
What You Need for this Position
Pavement/Asphalt experience
5+ years of Superintendent experience
High School Diploma or GED
Heavy Machinery experience
OSHA certifications
