Base Requirements: BS/BA or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field, 5+ years progressive accounting experience, 2+ years in management, ERP, MS Office, US GAAP

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our company's financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting functions, ensuring compliance with GAAP, and providing insights through financial analysis to support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department
Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
Supervise the preparation and timely filing of payroll using Paychex
Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting to inform management
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
Prepare budgets and forecasts to guide financial planning
Oversee reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
Support audit processes and tax preparation activities
Implement and maintain effective internal controls over financial processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
5+ years exp in Progressive Accounting
2+ years in Accounting Management
Strong knowledge of ERP systems and accounting software, MS Office
Experience with Paychex and payroll management, AP/AR Processes
Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

Not required but preferred

CPA w/ Big 4 Puplic Accounting
ERP implementation
